| First Career: | Medical Assistant at a local doctor’s office, twelve years. |
| Life Changing Realization: | You are never going to get promoted to Doctor. |
| College: | Eastern Washington University, BS Computer Science, graduated at 35 years old. |
| Second Career: | Lockheed Martin, Richland, WA; Software Engineer, web application programming, database programming, nine years. |
| Life Changing Serendipity: | Transfer opportunity within Lockheed Martin just when I was looking for a change. |
| Third Career: | Lockheed Martin, Bethesda, MD, Corporate Internal Audit (virtual team – I’m based in Richland), seven months. |
| Home: | Two cats. |
| Free Time: | Junking (yard sales, thrift shops); reading science fiction/fantasy; pretending I’m an interior designer. |
