Catch Up

Absence makes the heart grow fonder, right?  Well you must luuuuv me by now.

Two things on my mind to write:

1]  Last weekend drove to the Prosser Scottish Games with AmericanMum and the kids.  This is not quite the hedonistic affair we had in mind for the summer solstice but at least we were doing *something*.  As we’re walking up to the ticket booth,  AmericanMum says, “I guess we won’t be dancing naked this year.”  “Hmm,” I was thinking.  “Technically we’re naked under our clothes.  Half my fat a55 is hanging out of  my underwear…”  “My pants are too tight and my muffin top is jiggling.”  “There you have it!  Dancing naked flesh.  Mission accomplished.”

2]  Harley update.  He is a great guy.  We took things to the next level.  I went on a business trip for a week.  *He* called and gave *me* the “let’s just be friends” speech.  Smart guy, I think he’s right.  As friends, went out for a bite and on ride Thursday evening.  Had a great time.

3]  One more thing – baby Phoebe is a month old and her liver is not functioning properly. Please keep her in your prayers.
